Well, we cleared another hurdle yesterday, as the TTB (Federal government) approved the label for Labor Wines and we received our COLA approval. This is a HUGE accomplishment for us at Labor and another of the many items we need to accomplish before we can legally sell our 1st vintage.
We’re still waiting on some further details from the TTB and the State of Oregon, but I’m feeling very confident that the process is working itself out. Stay tuned for our upcoming progress including our website launch, Facebook page and Twitter feed.
Labor Wines – A Labor of Love.
This picture almost doesn’t seem real. This was off the back patio of my good buddy Alex Sokol Blosser’s House during our dinner the night before I left. The colors are amazing, the sky is a wild combination of calm meets stormy and it’s unlike any vineyard picture I’ve ever seen before.
This hillside vineyard was the view of the Oregon Pinot Camp kickoff Party held on Saturday evening at Sokol Blosser Winery in Dundee. Not only is this view breathtaking, the picture was taken at 7:45pm at night – with sunset not til 9:30pm that night!
This picture is from the La Boheme Vineyard located at Elk Cove. This winery has been an Oregon Pioneer and having the pleasure to know with Adam Campbell – Owner/Winemaker, Shirley Brooks – National Sales Director and Craig Hedstrom – Sales, has been a true delight.
